Repair Authorization

Before we begin repairs, we ask all customers to complete our Repair Authorization Form, also known as a Direction to Pay (DTP).

This document gives us permission to start work on your vehicle and allows your insurance company to pay us directly for the repairs once the job is complete. It ensures a smooth process between you, the repair shop, and the insurance provider—so your vehicle can get back on the road faster, without delays or confusion about billing.
